Z3RO is an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, produced from 887 Provenzale olive trees on the Pratichizzo family's estate.
The olives are hand-picked and pressed within 12 hours at a temperature of 24°C, to preserve their organoleptic properties and maintain maximum freshness.
The name Z3RO indicates the maximum acidity level of the oil at the time of packaging.
This parameter is important for evaluating the quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as low acidity indicates a higher quality product.
